This paper investigates how integrated project management systems enhance collaboration across design, manufacturing, and on-site construction teams in prefabricated projects. Data from six large construction firms show that a unified platform for design documents, component tracking, and issue reporting improved coordination efficiency by 30% and reduced communication delays by 25%. The study emphasizes the value of standardized workflows and real-time information sharing in achieving smoother project delivery.
