Agile and DevOps have revolutionized software development by emphasizing collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement. While Agile focuses on iterative development and customer feedback, DevOps integrates development and operations to ensure continuous delivery and deployment. This paper provides a comparative analysis of Agile and DevOps, examining their principles, methodologies, and implementation practices. It explores their similarities in promoting efficiency and quality, as well as their differences in cultural scope and operational focus. Furthermore, the study discusses how the two approaches can be integrated to form a unified, high-performing development ecosystem. The findings highlight that Agile and DevOps, while distinct, complement each other in achieving faster delivery, higher customer satisfaction, and sustainable development cycles.
