With the rapid advancement of technology, wearable devices have gained prominence in the healthcare industry due to their convenience and ability to provide continuous monitoring of vital signs and physical activities. This article explores the current applications of wearable health technology, including monitoring heart rate, blood pressure, glucose levels, and physical activity. It also discusses the future prospects of wearable health technology, focusing on advancements in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and data analytics. Furthermore, it highlights the challenges in integrating these technologies into healthcare systems and their potential to revolutionize personalized healthcare and disease prevention.
