This article provides an in-depth analysis of the emerging trends in cancer immunotherapy, focusing on the advancements, opportunities, and challenges within the Pakistani context. We explore the mechanisms of immune checkpoint inhibitors, chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy (CAR-T), and cancer vaccines, highlighting their clinical applications and efficacy. Additionally, the article addresses the challenges faced in the implementation of these therapies in Pakistan, including infrastructural limitations, high treatment costs, and the need for specialized training. By examining the current landscape, we aim to provide insights into the future directions of cancer immunotherapy in Pakistan and the potential strategies to overcome existing barriers.
